Terms of Service

Last updated: May 13, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of ercle.com and all content, tools, and services provided by Ercle. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Nature of the Site

Ercle is an independent research intelligence publication. We provide evidence summaries, regulatory analysis, and research tools related to peptide compounds. All content is for informational and research purposes only. See our full Medical Disclaimer & Non-Liability Disclosure.

2. Not Medical Advice

Nothing on Ercle constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a prescription. The Protocol Builder, peptide monographs, dosing summaries, and all other content are research summaries derived from published literature — they are not instructions for human use. Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare provider before using any compound.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Reproduce, republish, or redistribute content without attribution and written permission
  • Scrape or systematically extract data from the site without prior written consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
  • Use the site to promote the sale of unregulated compounds or make medical claims

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Ercle — including peptide profiles, evidence summaries, blog articles, tools, and design — is owned by or licensed to Ercle. The underlying factual data (clinical trial results, FDA regulatory status) is in the public domain; our curation, analysis, and presentation is proprietary.

You may cite Ercle content with attribution and a link to the source URL. Wholesale reproduction without permission is prohibited.

5. Provider Directory

Ercle's provider directory lists practitioners who have applied for inclusion. Ercle does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the services of any listed provider. Listing is not a certification of clinical competency. The decision to contact or engage a provider is entirely yours. Ercle is not a party to any transaction or relationship between users and providers.

6. User-Submitted Content

If you submit content to Ercle (including form submissions, listing applications, or corrections), you grant Ercle a non-exclusive license to use that content for operational purposes. You represent that your submission is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that content is complete, accurate, current, or free of errors. Regulatory status of compounds changes; always verify with primary sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ercle and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on its content, or any transaction with a listed provider. This includes but is not limited to health outcomes, financial loss, or regulatory consequences.

9. Third-Party Links

Ercle may link to third-party sites (PubMed, FDA.gov, provider websites, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of linked sites.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
